You release Dunwith and any of our employees, directors, and agents working under our instruction from all known and unknown claims, liability, damages, losses, costs including legal fees, and expenses, arising from any claim or right you may have against any other user, or they may have against you. You must take full responsibility for any legal implications that may arise from any advertisement or listing and its content you place on the Dunwith website (this also includes any copyright infringements from pictures etc. uploaded to the Dunwith Website).
You must only list Books for sale that you are legally entitled to sell, and which UK law allows the sale of. Items must also be morally acceptable and inoffensive (as a guide if it's not allowed in your local newspaper then don't list it on Dunwith)
Sellers If you register with Dunwith, and offer Books for sale you must honour any agreement you enter into with any other Dunwith user, this includes any offers from other users to buy your Books which you have accepted. Once you have agreed to accept an offer or another user as agreed to pay the full asking price for your Book, you must not accept any further offers for the book. To cancel any sale you must come to a mutual agreement with the buyer.
BuyersIf you register with Dunwith, you must honour any offer you make on a Book, or agree to purchase at the sellers asking price. To cancel an offer made, you must have the mutual agreement of the seller.
Dunwith will not get involved with any legal disputes relating to broken agreements but any reported user found to be at fault after our investigations will be blocked from using our site.
We (Dunwith) hold the right to ammend or change the sites terms and conditions or privicy policy at any time, so we recommend you check for any changes on a regular basis. Thanks for using Dunwith. |
