All personal information you submit to Dunwith when you register, will only be used for our own administration purposes and the selling and buying procedures needed to complete each transaction. We do not agree with the selling of email lists etc. to third parties for advertising purposes, and will only contact you when needed for invoicing etc. and from time to time with news of special listing days etc,or improvements on the Dunwith Website. If a buyer agrees to purchase an item, or an offer is made on an item advertised for sale, then the email details of the users will be passed to the other party involved in the transaction.

The only exception to the above is if we are requested to do so by a legal party in any criminal investigation procedures.
